I Play 80% Of My Shows In Kumasi But I'm Not Popular

Kumasi-based Rapper, Flow King Stone is concerned artistes outside Accra can’t have the required effect in the business.

As indicated by him, all the consideration is in Accra and in this manner albeit a few artistes are doing outside Accra, they are not given the required consideration.

He made this known when he addressed Showbiz in an interview.

Flow King said “Everything is going on in Accra. Aside from every one of the connections and sponsors here, all the event centers are here in Accra, taking the Accra International Conference Center (AICC) for instance, the National Theater, the Fantasy Dome, the Banquet Hall of the State House just to make reference to a couple”.

“It would appear that you should be situated in Accra before you become wildly successful. Practically all the A-rundown artistes are in Accra and that clarifies why most artistes are moving from alternate areas to Accra.”

He noticed that despite the fact that he gets various shows in Kumasi, it doesn’t make it to the features and have the required effect since it’s not in Accra.

“I get right around 80 percent of my shows in Kumasi, I was one of the busiest artistes a year ago but since I was in Kumasi, scarcely did anybody see me since all the emphasis was on Accra.”
