American rapper, Kanye West applied for the exclusive ownership of the name “Sunday Service” so it can get featured on his brand’s dresses, footwear, headwear, jackets, loungewear, scarves, shirts, socks, and tops.
However, Kanye West’s move to trademark “Sunday Service” has been shut down as the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office rejected his application to register the name because someone else has already claimed its ownership.
