Rihanna has been confirmed as the wealthiest female musician in the world, according to Forbes.
Over the course of her career, the 31-year-old Bajan songstress has become more than a singer – she’s a style icon, a beauty entrepreneur, and is in charge of her own luxury fashion house with LVMH.
These factors all contribute to Rihanna’s astonishing $600 million fortune and make her the richest female musician in the world. She overtakes well-known money-makers Madonna ($570 million), Céline Dion ($450 million) and Beyoncé ($400 million).
Rihanna co-owns her ground-breaking cosmetics brand Fenty Beauty with LVMH, which is sold online and in stores all around the globe. It made a reported $100 million in sales during its debut weeks, while the entire operation is worth over $3 billion.
